During business days, in stock items are shipped within 24  to 48 hours after you place an order.  During Thanksgivins, Christmas and Easter , it can take a couple of days to process the orders before we can ship.  The orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Service or Fedex depending on the size of your order. . It usually delivers within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that USPS   is not a guaranteed service. Though rarely, delays may occur by United States Postal Service which is beyond  our control.  If you must have the item within next day,or  second day or third day then Fedex shipping options are  also available for you. We will adjust the shipping charge to your merchandise order. 

Please remember shippings are made during business days not weekends. Shipments for next day delivery made on Fridays would be delivered on Mondays not Saturdays. Saturdays deliveries are also available on certain areas by Fedex  or USPS . Additional charges will apply. Please inform us if you need your shipment to be delivered on Saturdays. We require signature for all large and group orders upon delivery.   Please  e-mail us to inform if you like to  to waive the signature requirement. Once you waive the signature requirement,  you accept responsibility and proof of delivery provided  by Fedex and USPS should the package gets stolen or etc., You waive your right to hold us responsible.

If the item you ordered is in back order, then we will try to ship it within 7 to 10 days. Either way, you will be notified by e-mail to inform you the availability and delivery schedule of your order. Please include your e-mails when placing an order.

International orders will be billed actual shipping charges. Upon request, we can inform you the actual  shipping charges prior to ordering. We usually ship USPS AIR PARCEL which is the most economical way of shipping. To most destinations, it will deliver within 2 weeks. WE can also ship FEDEX or any other carrier upon request.
